GS Limited is a member firm of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).  GS Limited is registered under Article 15 of the Proceeds of Crime (Supervisory Bodies) (Jersey) Law 2008 as a Schedule 2 business as defined by Article 1 of the Law.

Corporate Services are provided by GS Corporate Services Limited and is regulated by the Jersey Financial Services Commission for the conduct of Trust and Company business.
