GS Limited was established in 2007 to help satisfy the account and administrative needs of small to medium local businesses. The focus is now not only accounts and bookkeeping, but also other administrative tasks in running your business. Our team has a wealth of experience from various accounting, bookkeeping, tax and business perspectives.
We have steadily grown in the years since and we are now 21 staff based at Heron House in St Peter, dealing with accounts, personal and company tax, GST, payroll and bookkeeping.
Our corporate services company GS Corporate Services Limited is now responsible for all company formation and corporate services, including registered office and company secretary, and is regulated by the Jersey Financial Services Commission.
We like to think that GS operates in an informal environment, so don’t expect to see any suit and ties. We have a relaxed and friendly office rather than intimidating; and most importantly we like to think we speak your language as we don’t want to confuse you with complex accounting and business terminology.
Our office hours are very flexible so if you want to meet up for a chat at our office, your home, in the evening or even on the weekend then please ask.
